At Mono Topper Home, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. Once your order has been processed, we cannot provide a refund. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, we can only offer you store credit for the amount of the product(s).

We are committed to providing high-quality, handmade products and believe that you would not want to purchase used or worn hair pieces. We do not sell used hair, as it is unsanitary and unethical. Therefore, we do not offer returns for any reason.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for worn, pre-ordered, or used products. However, we are pleased to offer a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that the product must not have been worn, cut, colored, or altered in any way. Only one exchange per order—NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the item you receive is not the perfect match, and you believe it needs to be exchanged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will assist you in arranging the exchange. If you receive your piece on a weekend, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assist you on the following Monday.

To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at contact@monotopperhome.com. When inquiring about an exchange, please include clear photos of the product next to your natural hair. This will help us assess if the color is close or if a more suitable color exchange is needed. Often, a slight adjustment can resolve the issue, such as using a purple shampoo, adding lowlights, or toning.

Once we confirm that an exchange is necessary, we will provide the return address and instructions. You must send the item back within 48 hours of receiving it, and you are responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

When we receive your return, we will inspect it. If the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage (including the use of hot tools or water), we will not be able to process the exchange and will return the item to you. If the item is in excellent condition, we will issue a store credit for the value of the product(s). This store credit is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date.

Important Notes:

  • All exchanges must be initiated through our customer service department. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges are only permitted for online orders. Products purchased at our events or in our partner salons cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. You will be asked to sign a purchase form acknowledging this policy.

  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange: These include custom-colored pieces, hair care products, accessories, and any opened or altered products.
